Whether you've found an issue with Spectabis desktop client or online service, here's how to report the problem.
Before reporting an issue, please search if there is an already existing topic open that is similar to yours.
When opening a new issue, please follow the information below:
- Descriptive title - use keywords so others can find your bug (avoiding duplicates)
- Steps to trigger the problem that are specific, and repeatable
- What happens when you follow the steps, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Include the full console crash message (see here) using Github Gist
- Include your operating system name, version and spectabis version
- Any other information that you think could help the case
