This theme pusher would need to

Have of authenticating a site's API.
Convert a file structure into data to post to that API.
File structure would need to support
- custom HTML header.
- custom HTML footer.
- list of external theme assets (scripts/fonts such as analytics)
- Custom CSS for header & footer.
