There's this table which contains data about each instance type and the RDS engine versions that support it.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/Concepts.DBInstanceClass.html

It would be great to expose this data somehow in the UI, as well as in the instances.json file

Wow this table is quite extensive. Any thoughts on the preferred data format for this @cristim ?
