[Change Request] Check that pagination loads all sufficient resources

Description
A check should be done that everywhere where all resources of a given type are required, the endpoints that return this list does not simply retrieve one page.
An example would be creating a task for a collaboration with more than 10 organizations: all organizations should be retrieved in such cases.
