[Feature Request] In UI, create one role starting from another role

Problem description
When creating a new role in the UI, you have to click all the separate permissions you want to add, while often you want to create a role that is similar to another role. This can be tricky to reproduce correctly if you have to click 30 boxes.

Desired solution
Create a 'Start from' button where you can select other roles. When selecting this role, all permissions from that role should be selected so that the user can select/deselect only what they want different.
