Reference to undefined variable in example notebook

Hi all, I'm Jonathan from the Wong Lab at UCLA. It was nice meeting Professor Van Valen, Geneva, and Tom in our meeting earlier. I was trying to work through the provided example notebook but got stuck at the section titled "Run the data through the network to produce labels". There is a reference to a channel_data variable that hasn't been defined yet. I was wondering if I can get some more information about that. Thanks!

Hi Jonathan, that section of the script is currently in a bit of limbo, since we're still finishing up the data loader. Right now it doesn't integrate with the rest of the notebook, so depending on the data type, we've been using various workarounds. What type of data will you be using this on? If it's similar to what Geneva's been working with, she can probably share her version. If it's multi-channel 2D data, I can show you what I've been using.
