Error checking in data loader

Need to add tests to check for image set quality. Would help to point to problematic folders and have users check to see if there is anything wrong with the data being loaded.

Ex:
1 image in a set of images had a different amount of frames. Loader was unable to proceed due to mismatch in array size.
