Custom Configrations with .env

Using configurations for providing directory path for custom directives to add new inputs.

• file upload (pdfs)

In conjunction the ability to configure image/file upload paths (in .env and as option per field) rather than hard coded uploads/ dir in lib/directives/image.js on line 48 and 75 to provide greater flexibility.
