Swift 4.1.3, 4.2

Is this repository still the recommended way to install Swift for use with Vapor?

Anyhow, the last information I have is that new versions of Swift will be released later as free time permits. Right, @joscdk?

@vzsg correct, right now all our time is set in on getting the Cloud 2 Alpha out :D .. But we are also trying to figure out an easier way to maintain the APT.

But long stort short, i hope to get some time this week, or the weekend to get Swift 4.2 on APT :)

We have also been talking about if the swift package should be renamed, to not conflict with other packages

4.2 have been released for 16.04, 18.04 and 18.10
