the #if Xcode flag is not working on generated xcode projects with latest swift 3.0 packages.

I have raised a PR that points out the issue in Swift Package Manager repo and they are reviewing. Just wanted to loop people in since this project caused me to notice it.

A PR was merged to swift-package-manager that should fix this issue.

@kylerokita thanks for reporting that to SPM. Those color codes in Xcode are annoying for sure. >_<
