The provider docs are not up-to-date anymore

Thanks for noting this. I'll fix this in the next update to the docs. For now we'll have to rely on the deprecation warnings.

Also check out https://github.com/vapor/vapor/releases/tag/1.1.0 for the migration guide on converting to the new provider layout.
