Discuss the top level packages (runtime, foundation, and terminal) and the important role played by the ConcurrentScopedData class.

The README does decent heavy lifting for now. Closing this.

As for the top-level packages, probably we really should break our main module up into 4 (runtime, foundation, terminal, and additions(?, i.e. where kotterx lives), see also #32 . And we can add a quick README in each one.
