Refactor mavedbconvert Enrich2 conversion into MaveTools #6

Enrich2 conversion to the old MaveDB format has been implemented in mavedbconvert (see https://github.com/VariantEffect/mavedbconvert/blob/main/mavedbconvert/enrich2.py). This needs to be refactored and ported over to MaveTools, preferably in a more modular, notebook-friendly style.
