Subtitle displaying above Title dispite settings saying Below #41

Describe the bug
Even though I have setting to display the Subtitle After the Title, it is displaying above the Title. It shows correctly in the page preview with Elementor editor, but live version it is flipped.

Expected behavior
Expect to see the Subtitle Under the Title.

Using Astra Theme in Wordpress.

I got the same issue with the Neve theme on elementor, any news on a workaround?
