Because if people put a too small amount of RAM without units (eg '4' and not '4GB'), it fails with a mysterious error (xo-server said):

xo:api Error: vm.set(...) → InvalidParameters: invalid parameter(s)

Possibilities:

  • having a cursor for RAM values
  • verify the field to avoid that kind of confusion
  • return a better error

Conclusion: draw a mockup for VM creation which is better suited for the current needs.
