Change Request - Current Track Info

Hi,

Still loving this workflow, however I've just noticed with the latest update that the current track info is now in a sub menu. I was wondering if the current track title and artist could be added to the main menu item again for "quick access" - I often pull up the workflow to quickly check the song title/artist.

In my head the menu item would change from:

"Current Track"
"Display Current Track Information and browse various options"

to

"{Song Title} . {Artist}"
"Display Current Track Information and browse various options"

In the new layout all that would be different is the song info would be displayed in the main menu and selecting the option would take you through to the current track info menu as it does now.

Hopefully this will be possible but even if not it's still a fantastic workflow. Keep up the good work

It's been a while 😄 !
I took this decision in order to speed up the workflow execution (I know, it was no more really an issue).
When I get the song and artist name in main menu, I have to call applescript, which takes some time, and not all the time I want to check the current track information, so I thought moving it into separate sub-menu.

But what you can do is to define an hotkey for Current Track:

That's what I did, so when I want to see the current track I use this hotkey instead of the main one.

Example:

Can you try to get used to have a separate hotkey for 'Current Track' ?

I really want to have this workflow as fast to use as possible, that's why I made this choice

That's perfect, I must confess I hadn't noticed the new hotkey.

Set one up and it works like a charm!
