organizing notebooks in repo #27

Keep all setup and organization notebooks in nbs folder, anything that will be turned into a script
purely example notebooks should be pulled out of nbs directory and live next to readme in the root folder to make it easier to find --> these are roadmap.ipynb and fastroadmap.ipynb

partially addressed in #29,
changed index.ipynb to roadmap.ipynb but didn't make fastroadmap
