To reproduce:

  1. In a en e2e room, send some msgs
  2. Export the keys and share it by mail
  3. Log off
  4. Log on, import the keys

Msgs you sent from the same device which have been decrypted since the keys file had been imported have a forbidden icon.
Riot has to be killed and restarted to have the padlock.
no padlock on newly decrypted msgs
