Create a classic fullscreen emoji picker.

Requirements are:

• list native emoji (custom emoji will be managed later)
• group them by category
• search

We could use the same dataset as riot-web: https://github.com/missive/emoji-mart/tree/master/data

Surely there's a FOSS component we can use for this? e.g. https://github.com/isaced/ISEmojiView

Unfortunately, we have not found one.
ISEmojiView does not have search.

Main mobile chat applications use a full screen emoji picker that is very similar to emoji-mart and we want the same for Riot.
