Rooms without an unread badge show up in "unread" tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Mark a room notifications as "Mentions & Keywords" only
2. Wait for a message to be sent to that room

Outcome

What did you expect?

For the room not to show up in the unread tab, or at least if it does, it should have a UI element that shows the room has some unread elements to it. On Web for example those rooms will have a subtle white dot on the right hand side

What happened instead?

The room appears in the unread room list and there is no UI element showing unread items on it. I was very confused by it at first

As discussed with @amshakal , only rooms with notification badges should be displayed in the unread list.
