From element-x-ios created by Velin92: element-hq/element-x-ios#1826

Typing after a @ should open another view overlayed on the RTE where we are able to filter out all the suers in the room.
The view is reactive to what is typed and filters the users accordingly.
Selecting the view should then add the mention directly in the RTE.
