Automatically provision custom homeservers in mobile Riot #290

When you install Riot/iOS or Riot/Android, we should do everything we can to help users locate their custom homeserver if they have one.

Options include:

Making it painfully clear that if you enter your mxid, the client will do .well-known lookup to locate the server
Registering a URI handler once the app is installed such that a link can be clicked to prompt login to the right HS/IS combo, and prompting the users in the app to go click the link from their https://riot.im/app/mobile_guide/ page if they are logging in from there.
