Everyone is welcome to use, review and contribute to the tool development. Let's join forces to make security testing simple, fast and effective. Hard problems need easier solutions!

As we all think of improvements and new capabilities to add to Halberd, use the goal of simple, fast & effective security testing as the guiding principle.

Areas of Focus

1. New Attack Modules

Add new attack technique modules to the tool. These are techniques adversaries use as part of their attack against a target environment.

Eg: Credential Access : Brute Force

Note: Attack techniques do not necessarily need to map to a specific technique in an attack framework as long as they make sense from an exploitation standpoint.

2. Easier Deployment

Contribute by using, testing and reporting issues of the tool. Improve the source code and packaging to make it easy to deploy and start using across various environments.

3. New Tool Capabilities

Add new capabilities such as modules to gather pre-requisite information for executing an attack, useful visualizations, reporting capabilities, etc. that make understanding, performing & responding to security testing easier and faster.
