A custom theme

currently the user has only option to pick pre built themes

Describe the solution you'd like
an add button at the end and if the user pressed it
a pop asking 2 colors with color picker 1, primary color 2nd secondary color

Additional context
for color picker we can use this library
and for popup we can use this

I can do this for hacktoberfest

What you can do is, in popup their is should be 3 options

1. Pre-built theme : What we have right now just add them thier
2. Manual Theme: Option for primary and secondary.

Also the theme that is default for now let it be default only.
