when running the extr_SuperSeggerClist function it shows the following error: Error in getphylolist_SupSeg(datasegger) :
(list) object cannot be coerced to type 'double'.
I suspect that it doesn't accept the datasegger frame if it's not numeric. But I'm not sure how to correct this within the function getphylolist_SupSeg. Any suggestions?

Hi! I'm sorry for my late reply, I'm working on it this week. Do you have your own data or does this also happen with the example files?

I've tried my own clists only, I didn't find clists on the example files. Please find attached my own file.
testing_clist.zip
btw, I am running bactMAP on MAC, but I did the installations as explained here.

thanks a lot in advance!

Hello! I checked your clist quickly - it seems like you have multiple cells with the same ID in the file, even though they have different daughter/mother cells. Are these more clists combined?
I have to admit that the extr_SuperSeggerClist function is quite limited (I haven't used SuperSegger a lot myself), so if there is anything specific you want to do let me know (also possible email ). I might be able to add some functionality if you need to.

Apologies for the delay. Yes correct these clist were combined in SuperSegger, they belong to different XY positions. I use SuperSegger heavily and I thought would be great to do the plotting in bactMAP instead. I will contact you via email to discuss. Thank you!
