I'm having issues when using the Extr_SuperSeggerCells command to try to import my files. I get the error message: "Error in extr_SuperSeggerCells("bactMAP_import_data", frames = 1, mag = "F3") :
Cannot find SuperSegger output folder(s) starting with 'xy' in the directory 'bactMAP_import_data'. Please make sure to set the correct path in variable 'loc'",
whenever I try to import my files. The folders are definitely in the folder that I have indicated.
The exact command that I have been using is: > extr_SuperSeggerCells("bactMAP_import_data", frames = 1, mag = "F3")
I've tried to change the name and location of the folder to see if that makes any difference, but it does not. I have both read and write permissions for the files.

Hi Stella. First of all, I'm so sorry for not replying to your message. I've been far from responsive the last year, I apologise.
Would you still be interested to troubleshoot this? Then I'd be happy to find out what's going wrong.
best wishes & sorry again, Renske
