Feature Request: Add option for Clean Up Local Template Artifact #142

After building is complete, the template artifact locally is not cleaned up. This can cause issues if intentionally re-using the name. The plugin should offer an option in the source config to force the name.

Hey @mcaulifn, can you describe a bit more about this? The VM template is what packer creates, so I'm a bit confused why you would want it cleaned :)
