deadlock with DocumentTypes dictionary #28

ometimes I have 96% consume in my app, I attached to process and found that several threads are locked at:

private static void FillDocumentTypes(Type baseTypeDocType)

...

DocumentTypes[documentTypeAlias] = type;

another at

public static Type GetDocumentTypeType(string documentTypeAlias)

...

type = DocumentTypes[documentTypeAlias];

DocumentTypes is a static dictionary,
here is the same problem:
