Feature Overview

In order for Vega to ensure that oracle data is persevered across network upgrades the snapshots need to capture the correct information from the oracle specs

Specs

Tasks

  • Update snapshot functionality
  • save last block so we need to recover Ethereum events since that block

Additional information:

  • We have this already for deposits - so can we leverage this (e.g., not reinvent the wheel at this time)
  • Question: Do we need to handle anything in checkpoints (what functionality exists for current oracles?)
