Software shouldn't say 0.71.0 and 0.71.4 are incompatible

Description

We are having an error message about the compatibility of the software with the network.
We shouldn’t raise this when the minor are the same version but with different patch versions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to mainnet using the Vega Wallet
2. See the "warning sign" next to the service drawer
3. Click the "warning sign"
4. Witness the error message saying 0.71.0 and 0.71.4 are incompatible.

Expected behavior

No warning should be displayed.
