Facet values don't update in admin ui when switching locales #2889

Describe the bug

admin ui's facet details page does not update facet values when switching languages.
A refresh is needed to see the values in the correct language.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to asset details page, it should have values in multiple languages
Click on locale selector and change language
See that facet name changes to the correct locale but the values don't

Expected behavior
Facet values update to correct locale on change

Environment (please complete the following information):

@vendure/core version: 2.2.5
Nodejs version: 20
Database (mysql/postgres etc): sqlite
