Describe the bug
After a clean installation, adding a new product product an error:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to new product
Add name and slug
Save
See error

Expected behavior
A new product gets created without error

Environment (please complete the following information):

@vendure/core version: 2.2.6
Nodejs version 20.11
Database (mysql/postgres etc): sqlite
