It is currently in beta, so once it hits stable, we should upgrade: https://vmware.github.io/clarity/news/1.0.0-beta.2

Also noticed that we still use some of the deprecated forms classes such as .form-group. These should be replaced with the new forms API: https://vmware.github.io/clarity/documentation/v0.13/forms#top
