I downloaded the iso, copied to USB, checked checksum in my system, it wasn't right, re-copied and it was fine. Also checked in Ventoy menu, still fine. Booted, Manjaro interface appears. (Timezone, layout, etc.) I set my timezone and choose propriarety or open-source boot option. Both doesn't boot. Saying sth like: "Was not able to find /dev/loop3" "You're on your own" (And gives me access to some type of command-line. Will add image of the error soon.)
Edit: Tried with Manjaro KDE 21.3.7's ISO, boots perfectly fine. So it's a problem with this new version.

Same issue here, tested yesterday with 3 different Manjaro ISO images, booting in Normal and Grub2 mode.
The only difference with OP summary is GPT partition scheme.
