Ability to target parent category

I think one cool feature would be the option to target a parent category so that the dropdown displays all the children categories of that parent category.

I will consider that! I was trying to keep the feature-set pretty close to the native Categories field (both to allow for switching back and forth and because my field extends P&T's, which means it can benefit from any improvements or bug-fixes on their end). I'll think about whether there is a simple way to add this without compromising those goals, though.
