I installed the edge-runtime into an existing project using npm i -D edge-runtime.

When I then run npx edge-runtime --help the REPL starts instead of the help showing up as documented here https://edge-runtime.vercel.app/cli#usage

The same thing happens when I install edge-runtime globally using yarn global add edge-runtime
