Can't open "Report Issue" [nginx 414 error]

• I am on the latest Hyper.app version
• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate

• OS: Windows 10 Home
• Hyper.app version 3.0.2 stable
• The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app:

Issue

When using the "Hamburger > Help > Report Issue", the github page can't be loaded, it gives an "414 Request-URI Too Large" error. The webpage that should be opened is here . It's the normal issue site.
