Dojo framework supports static site generation in a similar way that Gatsby does for React. This is problematic with the default routes that the current Dojo framework implementation provides which are designed for SPA applications (with the fallback to the main index.html).
My proposal is to add a new configuration exclusively for Dojo applications that are using the static site generation capabilities with the appropriate changes to routes and detection based on the static site generation configuration in the `.dojorc.
I’d be happy to raise a PR that adds a new “framework” for Dojo static sites, but the main question I have is order of precedence in detection, as Dojo static site projects will also match the detection for the SPA dojo configuration.
Is it possible to detect a framework based on if content does't exists in a file? Meaning that a Dojo application can exclusively be either the standard Dojo configuration or the Static site configuration?
