Fail fast if user provides an unknown number of parameters to each subcommand

Right now we only do this in a few subcommands (like secret) but should be done all across the board

However, since we completely re-worked the entire codebase of Now CLI and this issue does not apply to the new code anymore, I'm closing it now.
