Is it possible to make granular access tokens for specific packages.

NPMjs.com offers granular access tokens for specific packages(https://docs.npmjs.com/creating-and-viewing-access-tokens#creating-granular-access-tokens-on-the-website) but they must be made through the web UI and can't be made like regular tokens via the CLI or an API. Does Verdaccio offer any way of making granular tokens, would it be possible to make a system like this with plugins I have looked at the authentication plugins but that revolves around user accounts rather than anonymous NPM installs with granular access tokens. Thanks.
