use domain can not load packages

• node version: 16.18.1
• package manager: yarn
• os: centos 7.x

Describe the bug

I have a very strange bug, I configured domain access for veradccio, but I refresh the page, the loaded resources are IP loaded, in the project I use pm2 to deploy the service, when I run pm2 restart verdaccio, it changes back to domain name load resources, but after a while, when I access again, it becomes IP access again.
