yobit is a scam exchange, that's why they aren't listed on our website. you can try writing their support but they never respond |

Hitbtc is a scam too. Check reddit. People not able to move coins out or very high fees and minimums. |

@pratyush141 as said above, yobit is not listed on the verge website becuase they are a known scam exchange and have never updated the verge wallet (I believe). You need to contact yobit support, thats your only real option. Sounds like they are unfortunately ignoring you. |

yobit update the wallet, but they say that the coins were sent to the old network, can you do something and return the coins from the old network? |

that doesn't make sense. if they were sent to the "old network" they exist on the new network and can be accessed by importing the wallet on the updated blockchain. this is another reason we don't list them on our website |

Finally yobit updated wallet and credited my XVG after about 10 days but from now I will never use yobit. Loved the speed, fee and mutiple exchange support. Planning to develop wallet for xvg/inr operation. |

Yes, as you can see my xvg arrived, but they havent credited me. I opened two tickets. Hopefully I receive a response and a credit before the 17th however looking at reddit forums it seems its lost forever.

Yeah, I've learned my lesson the hard way. I've had similar issues with them in the past and never received a response but was credited. I'm hoping for the same thing to happen but not holding my breathe. This was definitely my last time using them. I didn't know that they were such a shunned exchange until tonight.
Binance seems to be the only reliable exchange these days.
By the way, love the project. If i dont receive it ill be just dumping cash back into xvg. Keep up the great work.

as you know yobit was not updated after January 24, but they made transfers to xvg, at the moment, many, more than a thousand people have money stuck.
