missing February in -s short printout

Using which version did this issue occur with? I'm unable to replicate the problem using version 1.15.

vnStat 1.12 by Teemu Toivola , i am on entware, there is no newer version

Looking again at your output, it appears that only the description of the month is wrong but the numbers stay correct. I believe this is exactly the result of a bug that got fixed in version 1.15:

• Fix: unintended shared pointer modification in mosecs() sometimes resulted
  in wrong month name to be shown for the current month
