Feature Request: Adding New Category or Entry

If using the dropdown with either the category or entry element, if an option is not available, having an option to create a new category/entry would be helpful. Am using it specifically for a cascading category list for university locations similar to your example. New rooms/locations in different/new buildings are continually added.
