Detailed description

Rendering some converted Figma files will throw error: required extension not request GL_ARB_sample_shading

Expected behavior

Skia shader compiles smoothly.

Actual behavior

Shader failed to compile.

Steps to reproduce

Convert this Figma file to Daruma
Compile and run VGG runtime under Win10 on a AMD GPU machine
Use runtime to run converted Daruma file
