Crash when breaking Cipher Block with items in its inventory

This is on MC 1.12.2 with forge 14.23.5.2860. I ran into this issue on a much larger modpack, but created a minimal setup to see if the crash persisted, and it did.

• CC:Tweaked 1.89.2
• Computronics 1.12.2-1.6.6
• OpenComputers 1.7.5.218

Steps to reproduce:

• Place a cipher block
• Fill its inventory
• Break it
• Profit ????
