Channel EPG Tab: Fix 0 Duration + Add global options (with channel overrides)

Vex, I have three observations regarding Channel EPG tab:

[1] Minimum Program Duration of 0 does not save (and the help says to use 0). 1 saves; 0 doesn't.

[2] Placeholder Program Title allows the title to be changed but puts a "." for the second line. Could we have the second line customizable too?

[3] Both settings are only channel specific. Could we please have these as global options that we can then override at the channel level if desired?

The second line is not real. It does not exist.
It's just the place where I put the year or the season / episode. But flex time doesn't have year or season / episode
so ...
I could let you change the program description, but it wouldn't appear in dizqueTV's TV Guide, maybe the other TV guides.

1. Is a bug, need to remember to fix this before 1.2.1 , so if you got time please post it in GitHub
