The organization will be incorporated in Denmark as a minor sole proprietorship initially, potentially becoming a normal sole proprietorship in the long term (links in Danish).

  • Register as a minor sole proprietorship and get a CVR number.
  • Set up a bank account at Lunar.
    • Register the bank account as a NemKonto.
    • Create a corporate credit card.

The organization now has a bank account at Lunar. A credit card is on the way, and the NemKonto registration has been submitted.
