Portable, and still active, Particle Accelerator Doomsday Weapon

You can drag the front of a PA around while it's still active and firing lethal radiation weaves.
The order of operations here might be wrong, I remember it being very specific but not hard to figure out:

1. Get a cargo cart, maybe several?
2. Load the front tip of the PA onto a cargo cart, don't think the other parts need to be as well but they might?
3. Complete the construction of the PA, turn it on
4. Pull the cargo cart, the PA tip comes with it and continues to fire until turned off at the PA computer

You might need to construct the PA then put the tip on a cart, can't remember. Either way cart + PA = doomsday weapon
