Description
Sometimes Dr. Acula will not allow you to donate blood even if you aren't sick and have never been sick during the round
Steps to Reproduce
No idea, but it happens to me a lot, roughly half the time I see an acula

To donate blood
What Actually Happened
To learn my untainted blood is too filthy
